Sindicato de Inquilinas e Inquilinos de Madrid (Madrid Tenants' Union) is a member-led union taking action to transform the housing system and win homes for people, not private profit. They stand together against the landlords and estate agents who exploit them by taking collective action and strengthening communities. Their goal is to make sure all non-property owners have a decent, secure and affordable place to call home. Valeria Racu is an active member of the union as well as one of its spokespersons.
